Download proposal as PDF

It is possible to view and download a proposal as a PDF. You can do this in 2 ways:

Proposal preview

Go to the preview the relevant proposal and click on the print button. The PDF is now being created and you can download it afterwards.

Send screen

You can also download a proposal as a PDF from the shipping screen. To download the personalized PDF, you can click on the PDF button behind the contact person in the proposal sending screen, here you also have the choice with a Paper proposal to view the PDF without letter paper so that it can be printed on your letter paper.

PDF with signature

When an offer is approved, it will be extended with an extra page with the digital signature.
